The acquisition agent will be a member of the primary contact team for leads interested in trading global financial markets. The acquisition agent will be responsible for assisting his lead database make the most of their desire to trade in global financial markets.

  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Ø  Meeting your Sales Pipeline quotas and set targets.

Ø  Effectively managing a client database to and maximizing the assigned portfolio.

Ø  Manage large amounts of outbound calls while delivering exemplary service and value to the clients.

Ø  Judging and Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching and providing solutions and seize opportunities to upsell products.

Ø  Build sustainable relationships that expand your business potential.

Ø  Informing clients about company resources at their disposal to grow and learn more about our financial products.

Ø  Accurately Log and record of all customer conversations according to given procedures.

Ø  Meet set daily targets.

Ø  Continuously improve your product knowledge and performance level.
