Real Estate Sales Executives

Job Summary

In this position, the sales executive will be required to assist clients in buying, selling properties for RICCO Homes. They will be tasked in growing the customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions and developing competitive market prices.

  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Job Requirements:
1.    Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers.
2.    Generate client leads to buy & sell properties.
3.    Create lists for properties, with information location, features, size, etc.
4.    Show properties to potential buyers.
5.    Communicating effectively with customers and maintain up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, promotions, new product listings, and product de-lists
6.    Counsel clients on market conditions, prices.
7.    Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
8.    Prepare documents such as representation contracts purchase agreements, closing statements, lease and deeds.
9.    Promote sales of properties through advertisements e.g. social media ads.
10.  Maintaining contact with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
11.  Accompany clients during visits and inspections of the property.

Job Qualifications:
1.    Diploma in sales & marketing or business related field.
2.    Well-groomed and well-spoken with a strong database of clients.
3.    At least 3 years’ sales and marketing experience in a real estate company.
4.    Should have a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
5.    Must be able to work under minimal supervision, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6.    Strong interpersonal skills and networking skills.
