Job Summary

Working as part of the Sales Team to convert marketing leads into active clients and prospect for new clients with the aim to reach monthly/quarterly targets as set by the line manager.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

Responsibilities:
•    Initiate sales for FX products by calling and or/emailing leads
•    Source prospective clients through referrals
•    Follow up on all prospects via phone calls and emails
•    Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients via telephone, email and face to face
•    Gather market and customer information
•    Maintain leads in an organised manner
•    Liaise with Marketing department to promote lead acquisition and follow up on targeted marketing campaigns
•    Provide feedback to Marketing on success of promotional campaigns and client requirements/trends
•    Educate clients on the use of platforms, systems and trading processes
