Sales Executive -Commission Based Role

Job Summary

The incumbent will be expected to grow business revenue, maintain good relationships with existing business customers to ensure overall growth for Mi-Kids. The role is to approach schools to pitch for Mi-Kids solution and ensure that we are able to meet set targets by the defined timelines.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Ø  Responding to client requests in adherence with company procedures.

Ø  Use company order processing systems in line with procedure.

Ø  New business development, from generated leads, referrals, or own knowledge base.

Ø  Maintain and develop relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding service, support.

Ø  Work on monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.

Ø  Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each order is passed to the Operations Manager to agreed standards.

Ø  Working with wider team to resolve problem orders.

Ø  Identify prospects and pass leads to Mi-Kids where appropriate.

Ø  Sell Mi-Kids as a Global proposition, as well as a local solution.

 

EXPERIENCE:

Ø  Minimum 1 year demonstrable sales success.

Ø  Ability to communicate via telephone and email.

Ø  Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings.

Ø  General higher education or sales-training and qualifications.

Ø  Able to build rapport quickly over phone or face to face.

Ø  Strong networking skills.

Ø  Motivated self-starter.
