Please note: Only candidates with proven experience in logistics or freight forwarding will be considered for this role.
What you will do:
Key responsibilities
- You will generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- You will present and sell the company’s freight forwarding and logistics services to new clients.
- You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- You will consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and high client satisfaction.
- You will attend industry events and conferences to grow the company’s network and visibility.
- You will provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- You will track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
About you:
Must-haves
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Sales, or a related field.
- You have proven experience in sales in freight forwarding or logistics.
- You possess a strong understanding of freight forwarding and project logistics.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
- You are familiar with CRM tools and sales software.
