Job Summary
The role holder has overall responsibility to recruit restaurants and hotels to use the app.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Work towards promoting the company product and services to clients.
● Take responsibility to ensure attainment and surpassing of the agreed individual sales target.
● Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales performance reports as and when required.
● Provide insight and recommendations on sales marketing initiatives that can be leveraged to strengthen sales results.
● Monitor, measure and report on individual sales issues, opportunities, development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timelines.
● Proactively make relevant contributions as a member of the team and always represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
● Demonstrate product knowledge of all company products and services.
● Maintain sustainable relationships with existing and new clients and all other relevant stakeholders to drive, grow and sustain the company’s client base.
● Actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
● Setting up sales meetings with potential clients.
● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
● Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
● Qualification at diploma level in Sales & Marketing and or business-related field or its equivalent.
Knowledge and Experience
● Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales in a multicultural organization within the industry.
● Should possess a strong sales and business development systems and processes acumen and key stakeholder communication/management experience.
● Adept at sales, relationship creation, networking, persuasion and influencing.
● The ability to act decisively and give direction on sales related problems and the capacity to grasp complex concepts easily.
● Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with the team and or clients to meet deadlines.
● A results-driven approach to work and the ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
● Should be able to articulate and inculcate the organization’s objectives in
● Must be presentable, assertive, proactive, diligent with an eye for detail.
