• Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities
• Confident, resilient and presentable with experience in training and staff development.
Skills & Qualifications
• Business related degree/ Higher Diploma
• Prepare proposals for clients.
• 2-3 years of Proven experience as a sales executive (B2B) or a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings
• Excellent written and communication and people skills
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Good understanding of market research techniques
