Sales Executive
Job Purpose Statement
To identify, segment, market and sell LipaSpot Services to the right consumers, communicating effectively and with confidence the benefits of the products thus increasing customer base, growing transaction volumes and ensuring exemplary customer service to customers.
Principle Accountabilities
1) Effective Segmentation, Identifying creating a sales pipeline and sign up of potential customers as per agreed targets
2) Deployment of Fintech/Payment solutions and applications offered by the company
3) Training customers on all services offered by the company
4) Generate sales proposals for customers, dispatch and follow up on the proposals within deadlines
5) Analyze the type of potential customer being approached to minimize mismatched service offers
6) General Customer Care to new and existing customers
7) Gathering marketing and Consumer Information and conducting market intelligence within the industry on a monthly basis
8) Keeping abreast of the Fintech/Payment Industry and understating the dynamics of the various payment products
9) Active Participation in SafePay’s P.R. & Marketing Campaigns
10) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
