The Sales Executive is responsible for Developing and Maintaining client relationships by developing effective ways for H2O (water) solutions and concrete services

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
• Securing and maintaining new business,
• Cultivate new sales leads to establish business
• Sell and negotiate better rates for services offered services
• Preparation of quotations for current and prospective clients
• Initiating contracts negotiations and follow up to signing and creating the client’s account
• Contact clients for follow up and customer service surveys
• Update and maintain customer data base
• Conduct analytical and future planning
• Identify problems and implement effective solutions
• Achieve individual, team, and company goals
• Work closely with managers, create systematic and consistent leads generation from cold calling, referrals, leads generation services and other forms of media.
• Support the development and implementation of branding and marketing strategy
• Provide periodic (daily, week, monthly) sales report
• An engineering Degree, Diploma, Higher Diploma, post graduate or other related field in sales marketing.
• ICT Knowledge and presentation skills are an added advantage
• Ability to work both independently and within timelines
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Must possess a strong work ethics
• Exceptional customer service
• Ability to negotiate rates with minimal assistance
• Good and professional communication skills
• Minimum 1 year’s work experience in water and energy solution
• Ability to work under pressure with proven record.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of water treatment systems, pumps, solar boreholes, generator, swimming pool and elevated water tanks
• Driving license 2 years’ experience defensive driving its added advantage
