Job Description ManPower Services Group is a multinational human resource consulting firm. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.Manage key accounts and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, Finance, Sales Coordination to ensure product offerings meet customer needs.Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Experience in the Food Ingredients & Chemical industry is preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage a team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel.
