Requirements:     
University degree in marketing, business management or related field.
MBA/Masters degree programme is an added advantage.
Professional training in sales, marketing and distribution management is necessary.

Experience:     
At least 5 years working experience as a sales manager dealing with beverages. Dairy industry experience is an obvious added advantage.

Duties:     
Sales manager position reports to the chief executive officer and will perform the following duties:-
•    Development and execution of sales and distribution strategies.
•    Ensuring adherence to trade and sales policies & guidelines.
•    Setting itinerary for the company sales teams.
•    Driving sales volumes and ensuring sales growth through achievements of the set sales targets.
•    Supervising, leading, coaching, training and development of the sales staff team.
•    Developing and managing sales budgets.
•    Ensuring there is good relations with the customers.
•    Evaluating reports on market surveys and consumer trends.
•    Developing demand forecasting for all the product categories.
•    Providing day to day leadership and management of the department.
•    Ensuring distribution management with the distributors and other partners is well done to meet and exceed sales and growth targets among other responsibilities.

Salary:      KSHS. 200,000 - 300,000 PLUS COMPANY BENEFITS
