A lubricant distribution company is looking for an experienced SALES MANAGER with a high level of responsibility and integrity.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities
1.    Ensure achievement of approved annual sales targets
2.    Lead, manage and develop a dynamic sales team.
3.    Drive revenue and increase product market share with your team.
4.    Create sales plans and develop marketing strategies.
5.    Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders and major accounts
6.    Assist sales executives with negotiating and closing deals
7.    Collate market information and translate it into actionable steps for your team
8.    Lead through continual coaching, guidance and motivating your team members
9.    Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competing products.
10.    Respond to and resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely manner.
11.    Produce weekly reports, updates and recommendations for the senior management team.

Qualifications

1.    Degree/Diploma in Business Management or any related field
2.    Must portray high level of integrity and customer satisfaction at all times
3.    Must have technical knowledge of oil lubricants and motor vehicle spare parts.
4.    Proven 2 years work experience in managerial level.
5.    Good marketing skills and a general knowledge of sales techniques.
6.    Must have a valid Driving License
7.    Great interpersonal skills

SALARY:
35,000-45,000/=(negotiable)
