  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description

  1. Management of a sales team.
  2. Ability to recruit a smart team for the department and also develop the team towards escalation and growth.
  3. Building on a client portfolio.
  4. Customer service
  5. Ensuring the sales targets are met.
  6. Training and developing teams.
  7. Networking and great inter personal and customer development skills.

Skills required

  • Smart dressing, etiquette and polite manners.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Ability to learn quick and pick on technical skills.
  • Sharp and convincing pitch decks.
  • Basic mathematical skills – ability to convert, measurements, areas, basic additions, multiplications etc.
  • Prospecting skills.
  • Sharp identification skills to understand the client requirements.
  • Relationship development skills.
  • Great general knowledge and overall sharpness on knowledge base.
  • Knowledge on how to operate word, excel, systems and good basic IT knowledge.
  • Independent decision maker with ability to manage teams.
  • Selfmotivated.
  • Reporting skills and report development skills.
  • Development of digital sales and progression.
  • Career minded and driven.

Education background

  • Graduate from University in sales, marketing and customer service.
  • Experience of 3-5 years as a manager.

Career Development program

  • 2 years as a showroom manager.
  • Thereafter ability to be an independent field sales manager with his/her own team development and handle industry segments for growth.
