Mwananchi Credit Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act (Cap ) of the Laws of Kenya. It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April . On 10th January , it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.

Role Summary:

A Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marke- ting plans for Mwananchi credit limited to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The primary role includes market research, budgeting, campaign planning, and performance analysis.

Requirements

Qualifications:

The incumbent must be Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with leadership responsibilities. Computer literacy and proficiency.

Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with leadership responsibilities. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics, SEO tools). Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal, management and demonstrable leadership skills. Analytical thinker who can recognize trends and opportunities.
