Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales and Marketing - Events Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies and events to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth for our bar. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing and Events Management in the hospitality or events industry.
• KCSE mean grade of a minimum of C plain.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
