We are seeking to fill the position of Sales & Marketing Executives whose role will be to promote the growth of the company through prospecting, initiating and developing new business relationships with the aim of achieving set deliverables and targets.

Job Description/Requirements
Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Description:
1. Developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies aimed at creating new sales for the company
2. Generating sales leads and following up on them to conclusion
3. Ensuring that individual, team and company monthly sales targets are met through aggressive sales strategies
4. Properly utilizing the CRM system provided by the company in the course of your duties
5. Conducting site visits to client’s premises in order to understand the nature and magnitude of the job
6. Tracking monthly sales in order to ensure that the company meets it monthly sales quotas
7. Creating and presenting monthly sales reports as well as preparation and presentations of company services to clients
8. Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
9. Working together with colleagues from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery
10. Providing proper information, guidance, and support to the clients, therefore, enhancing relationships with the clients
11. Gathering customer feedback and sharing the same with the internal team for improvement in service delivery
Person Specification:
• A diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant field from a recognized institution
• 3-5years sales & marketing experience in a busy service industry
• 25years of age and above
• Ability to set SMART targets, meet and exceed the targets
• Ability to work in a team; previous team leadership is an added advantage
• Result oriented, self-driven and proactive
• Has planning and organizational capacity
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with empathy and resilience
