- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, including SMEs, corporates, NGOs, and government entities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
- Coordinate and attend industry events, business forums, and professional networking functions in Nairobi and beyond.
- Track and analyse sales pipeline, conversion rates, and marketing ROI, and prepare monthly reports for management.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic positioning.
- Support cross-selling of the firm's full range of services including audit, tax advisory, consultancy, and bookkeeping.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Marketing, Commerce from a recognised institution.
- Professional marketing certification (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing Certificate) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within professional services, financial services, or B2B environments.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Understanding of the Kenyan financial/audit SME landscape and corporate market dynamics is highly desirable.
- Diploma in Marketing, Commerce from a recognised institution.
