Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive growth

● Create and execute sales plans to reach sales targets and quotas

● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

● Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends

● Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads

● Develop and maintain a customer database for effective communication and follow-up

● Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective operations

● Participate in trade shows and events to promote products and services

● Monitor and report on sales and marketing activities, and provide regular updates to management

Qualifications:

● Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field

● Candidates who have working experience of tiles sales and marketing or glass sales and marketing will be preferred, even though he or she has a low education background.

● Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a retail or hardware environment

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques, including social media and email marketing

● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

● Familiarity with building hardware products and services is a plus
