KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To ensure agreed sales targets are met.
- To ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide information on the customer's needs.
- Deliver Samples to clients for approval.
- Daily and timely reports with proper planning.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Continuously prospect for new business and ensure achievement of maximum capacity and develop and manage customer relationships professionally.
Liaise with operations personnel to ensure samples and deliveries of orders are properly done on time and with the right quality.
Develop existing market services to ensure awareness of company products within the target market.
Plan weekly sales and visits.
ABILITIES, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS.
- Have a good interpersonal skills.
- Should be self-driven to achieve set targets.
- Should be able to manage pressure from the customers and their expectations.
- Should be able to work within a team and actively provide feedback to other departments on customer feedback and market expectations.
- Should have good communication skills and be keen on detail.
- Should have leadership skills.
- Should be flexible in terms of ideas, concepts, and working hours.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Business-related first degree or a diploma with professional experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1-year experience in sales and Marketing.
