Job Summary

Sales representatives shall be the main point of contact for the customers who are mainly Schools and colleges. Sales reps shall ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch to prospective customers. Our key product being an innovative all inclusive School Management System.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the School Management System  offered by the company.
  • Investigates new clients needs  and makes recommendations for purchasing of the system.
  • Takes orders over the phone ,in person or through the call center.
  • Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate system configurations to meet the clients needs.
  • Solicits information about school management digitalization needs from customers.
  • Negotiate price for the sale as per the set guidelines.
  • Provide technical support after installation of the customer. Post sales support
  • Construct sales pitches and presentations for the prospective customers.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competition trends.
  • Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties in use of our system.
  • Demonstrate product features before a sale.
  • Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document.
  • Negotiate a commercial agreement.
  • Help customers maximize the use of software features.
  • Advise on appropriate user training.
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.
  • Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals in the markets.
