As the Animal health Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in the sales of our portfolio to Agrovets, veterinary clinics, and other Animal Health institutions. 

Key Performance Areas:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with Veterinary surgeons, veterinary paraprofessionals and all other stakeholders in the Animal Health industry, to increase sales and customer satisfaction. 

Implementation of marketing strategies to enable organization meet its sales objectives 

Negotiating and closing sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. 

Identifying and developing new business opportunities through an understanding of the veterinary pharmaceutical industry, market trends, and customer needs. 

Staying up to date with industry trends and new market entrants and giving data on competition activities 

Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to the sales manager. 

Credit control management of all assigned accounts 

Maintain a friendly yet professional relationship with employees, associates, customers. 

Maintain an atmosphere of acceptance and support within the department. 

Display a high level of communication skills. 

Recognise the needs of others in working with them. 

Cooperate with all the stakeholders. 

Display the highest standards of professionalism in the execution of your function 

Qualifications Required:

Holder of a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine Degree BVM 

Should be in good standing with Kenya veterinary Board 

Experience and Skills Required:

3 years’ experience in handling, marketing and selling animal health products
