The platform manages influencer campaigns from search, job dispatch, and execution. What you will doThe Sales Representative role is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your sales skills. This role focuses on pre and post-sales of large companies, multinationals, creative agencies, research companies, and NGOs, to run campaigns through the Wowzi platform. Sales Representatives are critical to growing our highest-value accounts, ensuring new partners are successful on our platform and consulting partners with the potential to grow.Responsibilities Support Wowzi’s client acquisition by developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and decision-makersUsing calls and email cadences, act as the first point of contact with large companies, multinationals, creative agencies, research companies, and NGOs that may be fit for the Wowzi platformManage inbound and outbound leads in the pipeline by clearly communicating the value of Wowzi and the platform’s capabilities to prospectsManaging the account/s professionally, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, forecasting and tracking key account metrics and revenue capabilities.Escalate and or manage contract negotiations/ obligations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our shipper partners, including sustainable economics for both partiesWork with internal stakeholders to smoothly onboard new clients and manage inbound work successfullyProactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetingsOwn additional personalized reporting for managed accounts ongoing and completed campaigns Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, project management or similar functionsExperience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial, tech or start-up environmentAbility to clearly frame a value proposition and ask the right questions to be able to overcome objections to gain commitment from your clientsStrong communication skills both written and verbal, interpersonal, and the ability to build relationships internally and externallyA positive, self-starter attitude and determined drive to winDemonstrated ability to multi-task and follow through while paying attention to detailAbility to stay organized, and pay attention to detail, with strong time management and analytical skills
