Your day to day: We’ve a set-up a coaching program purposed to grow your skill in end to end sales. Alongside this you’ll make outbound telephone calls to sell to, grow and service SME Founders Association strategic accounts business.

Your day to day: We’ve a set-up a coaching program purposed to grow your skill in end to end sales. Alongside this you’ll make outbound telephone calls to sell to, grow and service SME Founders Association strategic accounts business. You’ll showcase the available products to these key partners and form relationships within these key markets to ensure that Sales targets are met. The position holder will be expected to establish new business and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities   
•    Make cold calls to potential clients to market our services.
•    Understand customer needs and sell appropriate service; also ensure collection of the revenues generated.
•    Ensure a high conversion rate of provided leads to closed sales
•    Making frequent follow ups for meetings on companies that have not used our service and also upsell existing clients
•    Meet the daily, weekly and monthly targets

Key skills and Competencies   
•    An open-mindset able to learn and execute training undergone.
•    Ability to execute under accelerated timeframes
•    Flexibility to adapt to change in priorities
•    Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience
•    Good computer skills

•    Good analytical and problem solving skills
•    Ability to prioritize and work independently, possess unprecedented time management and organizational skills
•    Positive Attitude and outward thinking will be an expectation..
•    Passionate display of teamwork and solution orientation as well as supportive in the work environment a must.
•    Be a significant part in a growing company, aligning your goals with those of the organization to drive success.

Note:
1.The Job is part time only 2 days a week.
2.The Job is commission based.
3.Location: Remote (Work From Home)
