Sales Representative- (Construction materials)

Job Summary

Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining extensive knowledge of the Company’s products' parts, functions, and processes and assisting to close sales.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

1. Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and arrange deliveries;

2. Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain existing customer’s relationships within the commercial construction industry to grow profitable sales;

3. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, quotations, and tender documents explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers;

4. Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs;

5. Recommend improved materials to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production;

6. Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management;

7. Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials;

8. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support;

9. Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services;

10. Keep abreast of emerging markets trends through conducting market research and analysis to develop recommendations for implementation within the organization;

11. Prepare sales reports and update all sales activities.
