The Sales Representative of Orthopedic supports/braces and mobility Aids is responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within his or her team’s assigned territory. Sales Representative must establish, build, and maintain customer relations through constant communications and in- person appointments.
This position is specifically responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of our market leading product portfolio. You will be consulting physiotherapists, orthopedic doctors, surgeons, general practitioners, hospital staff as well as any other retail or wholesale buyers for the purpose of pitching the features, use and quality of our products (sometimes referred to as medical supplies/instruments).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the region. Represent BIBA ENTERPRISES LIMITED, a medical supplies company authorized to sell Orthopedic supports and mobility aid products, by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of physiotherapists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
•    Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trends.
•    Increase regional results by building and maintaining strong business relationships, and by developing and implementing sales strategies.
•    Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
•    Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and to meet/exceed regional objectives.
•    Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses (written, telephone and face-to-face).
•    Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available.
•    Address any problems that arise at the client account.
•    Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information.
•    Work with Managing Director and Sales Manager by receiving coaching, training or mentoring; transfer knowledge to peer Sales Representatives and to Sales Associates when needed.
•    Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications.
•    Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings.

WORKING CONDITIONS
•    This job requires some amount of travel. Daily automobile trips to doctor’s offices, hospitals and clinics may be necessary
•    Professional attire is mandatory for this position.
•    Since samples of orthopedic supports and mobility aid devices are commonly a bit heavy, the representative must be able to handle multiple satchels on occasions during his/her workday.
•    Evening work is sometimes required to complete paperwork and place orders.

Requirements
Education and Experience:

•    Minimum of 5 years demonstrated sales success in the industry.
•    Must know and have good relationships with existing retail and wholesale clients in the market.
•    Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the medical instruments’ supplies market.
•    Must be comfortable in physiotherapists offices, hospital room or other medical environments that require range of products sold by BIBA ENTERPRISES LIMITED.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
•    Strong public speaking and communication skills are required.
•    Good social skills for client interaction.
•    Strong sense of urgency is important.
•    Proper knowledge of company products.
