Our client is a market leader in the LPG industry seeking sales representatives to increase sales of gas cylinders by cultivating good relationships with clients and growing the business by acquiring new clients. Each sales representative will be expected to deliver the LPG products as directed, either from the main distribution center to various distribution stations around the country or from the distribution stations to smaller distributors and retailers. This delivery will be done in a timely and professional manner in accordance with the logistics team's direction.
Market gas cylinders to customers and maintain customer relationships
Resolving customer’s delivery concerns and escalating all matters to the responsible person
Ensure knowledge of approved sales payment policy/medium is adhered to and efficient to customers’ satisfaction.
Gain a clear understanding of customers businesses, needs and requirements
Managing the delivery process as stipulated by the organization and use of the required technology
Providing information to the organization around the competitors activities
Review own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets
Identifying retailers and distributors for the company and negotiating contracts
At least 2 years’ experience driving tuk-tuks professionally
A valid FG driver’s licence
Strong communication skills in English and Kiswahili
Intelligent with a professional and personal nature
Ability to think critically and analytically when solving problems
2 years’ sales experience
