Sales Representatives (Laptop and Laptop Parts Shipping) – Nairobi, Kenya


Our client a UK shipping company for laptops and gadgets with a depot in Kenya is seeking to hire to hire Sales Representatives. The role holders will be responsible for Identify and target potential clients in the laptop and laptop parts industry, maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. The successful candidate Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in active sales preferably selling laptops and parts.


Key Responsibilities: 
• Identify and target potential clients in the laptop and laptop parts industry, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and repair centers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Understand clients' shipping needs and offer customized shipping solutions that meet their requirements.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in active sales preferably selling laptops and parts.
• Proven track record in sales, particularly in the laptop or technology sales sector, with a deep understanding of laptop specifications, configurations, and market trends.
• Familiarity with various laptop brands, models, and their unique selling points to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, capable of building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient individual who thrives in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.
• Effective communicator with persuasive negotiation abilities and a passion for exceeding sales targets.




Monthly Gross Salary: Kes 100,000 

Career Level:  Mid-Level
