Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a customer base and manage customer relations by being the point of contact for customers.Updating customers on the availability of products, and the status of their orders.Preparation of quotations and sales offers to both new and existing customers.Preparing cash orders for cash customersSending accounts statements to customersReview pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience.Answering customer inquiries, scheduled meetings, and sales appointments and following up with customers about their order status.Creating and processing orders promptly, processing requests for a rush order and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure satisfaction.Preparation of trade fairsFollowing up on existing and old customers’ debts and visiting them to discuss and resolve payment problems.Learn in-depth knowledge of our products and be able to explain the product values, quality, target customers and technical knowledge of the product. Skills & Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.At least 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales or sales support.Ability to build reports and forecast sales as well as trends.Proficient use of Ms Office.Excellent interpersonal, communication, strong negotiation, and influential skills.Strong relationship management ability.Interest in extensive business-to-business sales.
