Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Salesperson and Beauty Consultant to join our growing team. This is not just about making sales; it's about understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the right products to enhance their natural beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Product Knowledge & Sales:

Stay updated on the latest products and beauty trends.
Confidently recommend and upsell products based on customer needs.
Maintain an organized display, ensuring all products are well-stocked and attractively presented.

2.Customer Consultation:

Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations.
Carry out product demonstrations and makeup applications when required.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat visits.

3.Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet store targets.
Participate in store events and promotions.

4.Feedback & Learning:

Provide feedback on customer preferences, trending products, and potential stock needs.
Attend training sessions and workshops to further enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in the beauty industry.
Prior experience in a retail or beauty consulting role is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for the beauty industry and keeping up with the latest trends.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
A professional and polished appearance.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
