Job Description

Tezza Business Solutions Ltd is a “niche” service provider of Software Development, Quality Assurance and Software Testing services. Tezza began its operations as Web Development company in in Overland Park, Kansas.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop SAP BI/BW reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Create and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Develop and optimize SAP HANA models and views for improved performance. Implement SAP BusinessObjects solutions, including Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and Dashboards. Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BI systems and reports. Provide technical support and training to end-users on SAP BI tools. Stay current with SAP BI best practices and emerging technologies in the financial sector. Assist in the migration of legacy reports to SAP BI platforms. 1Participate in the implementation of data governance and security measures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or related technical field. 5+ years of experience in SAP BI development, preferably in the banking or financial services sector Strong proficiency in SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, and SAP HANA Experience with SAP Data Services and ETL processes Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets Familiarity with banking processes and financial reporting requirements Experience with agile development methodologies will be a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities and experience working in cross-functional teams 1SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence, SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP HANA) will be an added advantage.

Additional Skills (preferred but not required):

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) Knowledge of other BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI Understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics concepts
