POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a passionate business analyst to support our growth strategy and implement our business expansion strategy.

Responsibilities:
Working closely with and reporting to the CEO, the Senior Business Analyst will execute Our company's corporate strategy as it relates to growth of customer base, and suppliers’ management to deliver on our training programs. More specifically:
Customer base growth
· Research potential clients and hold an up-to-date clients database (CRM tool)
· Develop PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and pitch decks for client outreach
· Conduct client outreach (via LinkedIn and email) and schedule conversations
· Follow up with potential clients, until conversion into paid clients
· Constantly identify and suggest to CEO, opportunities to improve on existing strategy and to expand our offerings to companies
Delivery monitoring and reporting to clients
· Design and administer pre- and post- training assessments to participants in our programs
· Track progress of mothers throughout training programs to report on program outcomes to clients, using existing company templates
· Develop reports for presentation to companies
Suppliers’ management
· Translate action items from customer conversations or strategy decisions into discrete tasks for freelancers and external contractors to implement (e.g., changes to website to include new or updated offerings; social media campaigns or video editing to attract more customers, etc.)
· Occasionally and as needed, manage interns
Other ad-hoc support to CEO. Support with other requests from CEO
Skills & Qualifications
· Experience working in strategy consulting
· Bachelor or Masters degree (in business, economics, or related field) with 2-3 years of experience
· Mastery of Microsoft office tools (PPT, Excel)
· Data analysis skills: ability to make data speak
· Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, a plus
Remuneration: We have a unique income-haring remuneration type that includes a base salary, plus bonus based on overall team performance. This can increase monthly salary up to 1,000 – 1,500 USD per year; and salary and responsibilities are expected to increase as the company grows.
- Fixed monthly salary: range of 150 – 300USD/Month open to discussion based on experience and interview performance
- + Results-based remuneration: 5% of sales essentially managed by the business sales specialist + 1% of overall business profit – up to 20,000 USD/year (equivalent of 600$ - 1,600$ per month bonus)
