AIR is currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivatedÂ Senior DrupalÂ DeveloperÂ to join our Technology Solutions team, providing support to the USAID-funded Famine Early Warning Systems Network (FEWS NET) projectâs Learning and Data Hubâs website.Â

The responsibilities for the position include:Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme. Working closely with back-end developers and customers to ensure an effective, visually appealing, and intuitive implementation. Designing and implementing new features and functionality. Establishing and guiding the websiteâs architecture. Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS. Working closely with front-end developers and customers to ensure an effective, visually appealing, and intuitive implementation.
Preferred Experience but not required:Experience working in an agile team environment.Experience working with ticket management tools, such as Jira.Experience managing a team of web developers and/or programmers working on complex website design, development and implementation.Â Experience using GitHub or similar code repositories.Experience working with USAID or other international development organizations.
