Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves crafting compelling content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, buying Digital media, apply digital analytics skills in performance marketing, tracking performance, optimizing posts, targeting and re-targeting, social listening and work with the digital team to develop compelling content, work with micro-influencers to create viral content. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating engaging stories on-the- go and the ability to manage social media accounts, use Digital marketing analytics, other social media management tools and Buying Digital media, effectively.

Job Description/Requirements

1. Develop and implement a content strategy for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling.

2. Create high-quality written content for posts, captions, and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.

3. Generate creative and captivating stories for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, adapting content to suit the unique nature of each platform and target audience.

4. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitors to identify opportunities for relevant and timely content.

5. Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and discussions, fostering a sense of community around our brand.

6. Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of social media content, making data-driven decisions for optimization.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing and communication strategies.

8. Stay updated on emerging social media platforms and technologies, providing recommendations for their integration into our digital presence.


    • Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.

    • Proficiency in creating engaging Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok stories, including the use of multimedia elements.

    • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Google Analytics).

    • Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining high- quality output.

    • Experience in social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.

    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

    • Digital Marketing certification.

    • Proven 3 years’ experience in social media content creation, use of Google analytics and Digital analytics tools and performance marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry. Agency experience is an added advantage.
