POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate research analyst to support our program strategy

WORK LOCATION: remote

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The position will report directly to the CEO and co-founder, and is a unique opportunity to accelerate professional growth and learn from a savvy manager with tremendous knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with and reporting to the CEO, the Senior Research Analyst will execute Our company's program strategy as it relates to research into topics for new programmatic areas and preparing materials for courses to deliver on our training programs. More specifically:

Programs and trainings research, preparation, and delivery support

·         Using the Our company program strategy, devise a workplan to research and develop new programs within each pillar of the strategy

·         Within each program, conduct desk research on scientific base of knowledge to infuse into our courses and trainings, ensuring our courses are backed by science

·         Prepare course materials for training sessions

·         Upload training materials onto learning platform

·         Assist the training lead in organizing sessions, engaging participants, and taking feedback from participants, etc.

·         Manage digital editors team to ensure quality of training recordings and upload onto training platform

Program delivery monitoring and reporting to clients

·         Propose innovative metrics to track progress of participants and organizations into our programs

·         Design and administer pre- and post- training assessments to participants in our programs

·         Track progress of mothers throughout training programs to report on program outcomes to clients, using existing company templates

·         Develop reports for presentation to companies

New tools research

·         Undertake research to propose appropriate content and format for a tracker dashboard for clients

·         Manage external suppliers from beginning to end, in developing the dashboard (or identify opportunities to acquire existing solutions)

·         Continuous management and troubleshooting of platform 

Guest speakers identification and management

·         Research and hold an up-to-date database of guest speakers

·         Prepare content for their interventions, ensuring their interventions are backed by science

·         Recognition of guest speakers and keeping them engaged with the organization

Other ad-hoc support to CEO. Support with other requests from CEO

Skills & Qualifications

·         Experience working in strategy consulting

·         Bachelor or Masters degree (in business, economics, behavioural science, psychology, or related field) with 2-3 years of experience

·         Mastery of Microsoft office tools (Word, PPT, Excel)

·         Data analysis skills: ability to make data speak in different forms

·         Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, a plus

Remuneration: We have a unique income-haring remuneration type that includes a base salary, plus bonus based on overall team performance. This can increase monthly salary up to 1,000 – 1,500 USD per year; and salary and responsibilities are expected to increase as the company grows.

• Fixed monthly salary: range of 150 – 300USD/Month open to discussion based on experience and interview performance
• + Results-based remuneration: 1-3% of business annual profit – up to 20,000 USD/year (equivalent of 600$ - 1,600$ per month bonus)
