The Senior Sales Executive will be required to cover all aspects of the sales process from generating to converting sales.You will be reporting into the Head of Sales and Marketing and the ideal candidate will have experience in a retail environment. You will set the standard for sales performance and will develop new and monitor current strategies, always looking to improve sales and performance. You will monitor current trends and competitors to strive for operational excellence – keeping the customers’ needs at heart whilst maintaining company profit margins.Responsibilities Deal with inbound sales queries via email and phone Set and enforce company standards for quality of service Identify prospects through cold calling, networking and customer referralsAnalyse sales metrics to determine success of strategiesEmploy knowledge of products and services in providing appropriate response to client enquiriesAssist with the resolution of customer issues or complaints Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interestsProvide cover for customer service agents Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical information verbally and in written form, and present information in meetings and to groups. Must have good sales and negotiation skills.A positive, confident, and proactive attitude High level influencing and communication skills Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related field2 years’ experience in a retail sales roleExperience selling outdoor furniture is ideal but not essential Exceptional Customer Service skillsExhibit a growth mind-setEffective communication skills – written and verbal
