Position: Senior Sales Executive

Qualification: A Degree / higher diploma in Sales or Marketing or equivalent.

Experience:Minimum of 5+ years similar experience, preferably in Retail distribution or office systems business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Actively promote products and services with the target customer base.

• Establish and implement a dynamic sales plan.

• Instigate proactive sales campaigns to develop a strong sales pipeline

• Consult with the line manager and constantly review customer base

• Ensure that customer issues are owned and resolved

• Provide accurate information and reporting in a timely manner as required by line manager

• Support company initiatives and champion development of other team members

• Lead sales strategy to grow revenue within network infrastructure and hardware. Target major customers within the commercial and enterprise space

• Identify and take advantage of large sales opportunities within key territories. Prospect and close long-cycle sales leads within target markets and establish sales relationships.

• Socialize and entertain clients in target market areas.

• Provide expertise to pricing and proposal team to develop custom RFPs/RFQs.

• Follow up on customer’s issues with service delivery teams and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Ensuring the client payments are timely received.

• Take ownership and accountability for the tenders and pre- qualifications from the allocated customers.

• Daily reports to be updated on assigned account issues and timely renewal progress.

Ensure timely reporting and updating to the Departmental Head.

Salary and Benefits: In the range of Gross of Kshs. 50,000 to 70,000. Medical after probation and transport provided for official duties.
