Our Client, engaged in Manufacturing and distribution of Building Materials and Plastic products based in Kenya, is looking for the following Professional to join their team:

Position:                Senior Sales Executive
Nationality:                 Kenyan Citizens
Location:                 Athi River/Mlolongo-Nairobi.
Industry:                 Building Materials & Plastics Manufacturing

Qualification    
Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing.

Specific Language Requirement:   
Should be fluent in speaking Gujarati, Swahili and English

Skill Sets:   
Dedicated and hard-core Sales man, reasonable understanding of channel/ distribution management and development

Experience:     
•    Working experience  of 3+ years.
•    Proven work experience as a Sales representative or similar role preferably in building material industry preferably Plastic Industry would be an added advantage.
•    Understanding about channel sales, distribution management, network expansion and customer service.
•    A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
•    Ability to perform under pressure.

Role & Responsibilities:
•    Managing the Group’s existing channel sales and distribution network.
•    Distribution expansion by appointing new dealers on board.
•    Collection of payment from channel partners as per the company procedures.
•    Checking the availability of entire range of product at customer shop.
•    Execution of sales meeting program with the dealers and other influencers to increase awareness about the Group’s– product ranges.
•    Tracking and informing the management about the competition activity.
•    Customer complain resolution in the timely manner.

Salary and benefits   
Will depend on experience and background. Sales incentive as per company policy.
