Title: Senior Sales Executive – Softwares
Gross Salary: 150-200K,
Our client is an ICT solutions company. They mainly deal in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, ERP, Sage, Tally, and Bulky SMS. They seek to hire a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to Increase business opportunities for the organization and develop strategies that will enhance the smooth running of the organization, product development, and product distribution.
· Identifying new business opportunities including new markets, new clients, new partnerships, or new products and services
· Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
· Identify industry technology & business trends, customer needs so as to build short term to long term opportunities/pipeline
· Leading the overall solution design based on client requirements and work with internal solution architect/finance/delivery / legal teams to respond to client needs
· Lead proposal defense during client presentations & close the sales
· Qualify and validate sales leads/commitments.
· Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings
· Planning and preparing presentations
· Managing and Training a business development team
· Initiate and coordinate action plans to identify and penetrate new markets/clients.
· Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
· Overseeing the development of marketing literature
· Developing growth strategies and plans
· Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
· Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
· Writing business proposals
· Negotiating with stakeholders
· Gather a response and analyse data from customers to identify requests or problems in order to improve applications and overall customer satisfaction.
· Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning
· Degree in Business Management or related field
· Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position.
· Must have experience selling software solutions
· High-level communication skills
· Stakeholder management skills
· Proven ability to negotiate
· Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
· The ability to self-motivate
· Experience working to and exceeding targets
