VACANCY:  SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Duties and Responsibilities
•    Ensure high display standards are maintained at the shop;
•    Ensure excellent customer service experience at the outlet;
•    Uphold and maintain a positive and value adding corporate image;
•    Advise and match customer need with right products;
•    Document and report promptly customers concerns on products and products improvements;
•    Handle customer complaints and escalate accordingly;
•    Ensure the right quantities of goods are available in store and are being sold at the right price;
•    Ensure that deliveries are made to all respective clients as per requirements;
•    Report on daily, weekly and monthly basis individual sales figures achieved;
•    Monitor competitor activities within the region and share findings with the Sales Manager;
•    Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Minimum Qualification
•    Diploma in Sales and  Marketing or business related fields from a recognized institution;
•    At least five (5) years’ experience as a Sales Representative in a FMCG environment;
•    Team player;
•    Good communication skills;
•    Report Writing skills;
•    Good Customer Service Excellence skills.

Salary - Monthly Kshs. 50,000 to Kshs. 80,000
