Job Purpose Statement:
Responsible for the efficient handling of loading/ offloading of food request, stocks and deliveries within Stores daily operation.

Roles & Responsibility
1-    Assist the foreman on day-to-day Stores operation.
2-    Take part on daily loading and offloading of food items from Production kitchen.
3-    Ensure the cleanliness and well organize of the concerned area.
4-    Receiving of goods ordered from Main Stores.
5-    Proper checking of expiry date in all goods stocks.
6-    Checks food items request as per menu list.
7-    Ensure loading/ offloading of foods as per the time required in the location.
8-    Assist in receiving of all dump food report coming from Outlet cafeteria with proper checking and counting on each food stuff/ items.
9-    Responsible for cleaning/ washing of all used equipment (s) with proper endorsement to the Foreman.
10-    Ensure cleanliness of the areas, organize and in proper order as per the set instruction by superiors.
11-    Ensure staffs to follow personal hygiene standard.
12-    Ensure full compliance of hygiene, quality, and temperature control for all food items in line with Quality Assurance.

Minimum Requirements for The Job:
Qualifications   
-    Diploma in Hospitality
-    Food and beverage training.

Years and Nature of Experience   
2 - 3 Years’ experience in the field

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities   
•    Good moral character, obedient, hardworking, and service oriented.
•    High stress tolerance.
•    Can read, write, and speak English.
•    Ability to work as part of a team and to maintain the pace of operation is required
