Job Description/Requirements
Your Job roll will entail the following.
- Handling customers while engaging with them.
- recommending and assisting them with choosing items
- managing the shop till
- cleaning and maintaining the shop displays
- taking customers orders
- handling the tour drivers as we are in the tourism industry
- coordinating with the production team for placing orders depending on shop needs.
- Collecting Data on customers buying habits.
Other Requirements that are mandatory for the job.
- Fluent in English and Swahili
- Formal attire must be worn at all times
- based on roster some weekends and public holidays you are required to work
- Great Attitude is always appreciated
- Experience in Retail will be beneficial to the role
