Job Summary

Our client a digital marketing agency is currently looking to hire a Social Media & Content Strategist.

Job Description

Responsibilities
•    Develop, implement and manage dynamic social media strategies for organizations
•    Work towards implementing important social media KPIs in line with goals and objectives of different organizations
•    Create video and photo content for Social Media, YouTube and other platforms.
•    Develop and implement new ways to approach visual storytelling
•    Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.
•    Provide photo editing and retouching support as needed - Deliver cohesive visual aesthetic for video across social platforms
•    Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
•    Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)
•    Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
•    Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
•    Other duties as assigned.


Requirements
•    At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Social media manager
•    Hands on experience in Shooting with professional or semi-pro video/photo cameras
•    Ability to plan narrative, shoots and creative outputs that align with marketing objectives
•    Good knowledge of social media, audience engagement, and share-worthy content
•    Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
•    Exhibit the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound
•    Excellent copywriting skills
•    Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
•    General knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
•    Knowledge of online marketing channels
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Analytical and multitasking skills
•    Able to present concepts and lead internal teams to the correct solution.
•    Strong work ethic and personal accountability
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Strong time management
•    Good interpersonal skills
