Job Description (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Scope Markets is a regulated entity offering institutional trading solutions to businesses and retail trading to clients worldwide.Position SummaryAs a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.Candidate Requirements Proven work experience as a social media managerExcellent content strategy creation and copy writing skills.Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other digital media best practicesUnderstanding of SEO and web traffic metricsExperience with doing audience and buyer persona research.Good knowledge of social media KPIsFamiliarity with web design and publishingExcellent multitasking skillsCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsExcellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsExperience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, starting an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events)Hands-on experience with social media management for brandsAbility to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metricsKnowledge of online marketing and marketing channelsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskStrong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbalGreat attention to detail.Proactivity, autonomy, self-starter attitude.Ability to work within rules and guidelinesDiscipline, organization, rigor.
