Job Summary

A Social Media Manager would play a crucial role in managing and implementing social media strategies to enhance the brand's presence, engage with customers, and drive business goals.


Roles and Responsibilities 

Responsibilities:

1.Strategy Development:

● Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with FOODO' overall marketing objectives.

● Identify key social media trends, platforms, and tools to optimize the brand's online presence.

2.Content Creation:

● Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.

● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to generate multimedia content (images, videos, etc.) that resonates with the target audience.

3.Community Engagement:

● Foster a sense of community and engagement among FOODO' social media followers.

● Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, addressing customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

4.Campaign Management:

● Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.

● Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

5.Analytics and Reporting:

● Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and overall social media performance.

● Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

6.Collaboration:

● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, customer support, and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

● Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify FOODO' social media presence.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field/Diploma.

● Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the food delivery or tech industry.

● In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

● Strong creative and writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content.

● Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
