Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Job Description/Requirements

-As Head of Social Media, you will be bringing your social media enthusiasm and intricate knowledge of the ins and outs of all social media platforms and community hubs including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram etc. to a new communications Team.

-You will be responsible for creating efficient end to end processes and strategy to support the successful delivery of social media content, new community focused campaign to support communications campaigns, product launches and feature updates and partnering with the wider growth team to drive brand and business goals around acquisitions ,engagement and retention . Additionally you will distill qualitative and quantitative insights to inform our comms roadmap and overall strategy.


-Significant experience managing social media

-Expertise on how to leverage different social platforms and community channels to drive growth engagement and business goals

-Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

-Writes and speaks English fluently

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and shape Remote social strategy across Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.

-Grow remote's community across these platforms with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

-Coordinate day to date editorial content calendar execution including excellent copywriting, asset coordination and publishing to all relevant brand social channels.

-Experience with coordinating assets, knowledge of creative dimension, sizes and the different nuances of how they display on each platform.

- Experience with social community management and ability to maintain remote social voice, tone and style, when interacting with the community.

-Analyze and report on the performance of owned social channels to measure the effectiveness of our efforts with an emphasis on continuous optimization and iteration

-Develop, document and share our social processes that help drive efficiencies across functional org that facilitate best in-class social brand presence.
