B1:  Overall purpose of the job:

The holder of this position is responsible for the general planning, handling daily stock taking, reporting & management and accountability of devices, Sim cards and chargers.

B2:  Current duties of the job:
•    Accurately and promptly receive shipments, seals from stations and determine whether the devices are to be back stocked, needs assembly or is damaged.
•    Physical daily tracking of seals using online sheet.
•    Issuance/distribution of seals to various stations in good time and keeping record of seals issued.
•    All stock received to have clear documents signed before they are fully accounted as stock in
•    Reconciliation of taggings done, departure/retrieval forms written and photos taken.
•    Daily, weekly and monthly stocks take of IVMS, SLAs and SLMs across the company spheres
•    Ensuring that all seals untagged from various stations are sent back to Msa store.
•    Ensuring that all unused seals are returned back to store by the end of the day.
•    Oversee all aspects of the stock room maintenance including cleanliness, orderliness and charging of seals.
•    Assist accounts with the seals longer in journey for billing and invoicing.
•    Any other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.

•    Timely submission of ad hoc and regular report

C1:  Formal Education and Professional Qualifications:

•    Degree in Business Administration or Procurement
•    ‘O’ Level certificate
•    Diploma in Logistics and Store management or its equivalent
•    Computer literate

Internal: Managing Director, Head of Finance, Sales Consultant (s)/Cargo Tracking Consultant, Account Manager(s), Sales Administrator(s), Administration head, Head of Technical  
External: Clients, KRA

High on Clients and business functionality

C8:  Working conditions:
•    Field/Office

1.    One weekly meeting; - Level 10 from 7:30-9.00AM
2.    Departmental meeting and Trainings
3.    Any other meeting planned and called upon to attend
