Responsibilities
Placing purchase orders Data entry into the inventory management system Organizing and categorizing stock in the warehouse Managing inventory levels Handling damaged goods + communicating Receive inspect and record all incoming materials and supplies and fill in incoming goods inspection forms. Issue and record all outgoing materials from the stores. Monitor inventory levels and conduct daily stock assessments. Maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancy. Monthly stock take carried out efficiently. Maintain clean stores and do daily cleaning and fill in checklistRequirements
Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role. Computer literate. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Team player with the ability to work independentlyImportant Safety Tips
