Reporting to the Managing Director, The Strategic manager cum executive Advisor will be responsible for coordinating the group’s operations and coming up with ideas to drive the group to its potential.

Job Description/Requirements
Salary
Gross Salary of 60,000
Duties and Responsibilities.
· Participate in developing a strategic plan to guide the group’s operations.
· Identify, assess, and inform the Director of internal and external issues that affect the Group
· Drive talent management initiatives on performance management, leadership development and be a leader to maximize the team’s motivation and productivity
· Identification of industry business and technology trends
· Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
· Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
· Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
· Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
· Manage budgets and forecasts.
· Preparing correspondence, reports and other documents for the Director.
· Preparing tenders within the set deadlines and updating on the system.
· Petty cash verification.
· Payment verification before director’s final approval
· Follow up on purchases and disbursement of the items to the respective sites.
· Coming up with ideas on group productivity.
· Making follow-up with relevant staff on procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials to
· Preparing correspondence, reports and other documents for the Director.
· Organizing and maintaining director diary and making appointments.
· Follow-up on Directors instructions to respective members of staff/Ticketing.
· Taking minutes at meetings and submit them for approval.
· Follow up on incomplete reports
· Performing any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements, Experience and skills
· Have 5+ years of work experience in strategy management, operations management, business operations, management consulting, research or comparable roles
· Are strong analytically, have significant experience building models in Excel, and make data-driven decisions well
· Have experience solving open-ended strategic business problems, from identifying the problem that needs to be solved through developing actionable recommendations for business stakeholders and driving implementation
· Have strong project management and organizational skills
· Love fast-moving environments with a sense of urgency to get the job done
· Hardworking, resilient and pro-active
· Good multitasking skills
· Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
· Mature – able to engage Senior Management
