Goal: Carry out logistics and Supply Chain projects in order to propose the best technical solutions in compliance with internal rules and Client expectations.
A – Organize the conception of the projects
A1- Design technical solutions ( financial proposal and technical) of the logistic projects
A2 –Present the technical solution and submit it to General management for validation
A3- Define, validate the solutions (operational, design of the WMS) and the procedures « profession » to be implemented in order to respond to customer expectations, agreed with his hierarchy, IT department and support functions of the company
A4- Define the stakes and conditions to implement the roll-out of the solution
B- Organize implementation of the projects
B1- Organization of the project team
B2- Keep and make others to keep the commitments taken and the timelines established
B3- Manage the implementation of the project beside the different operational units
B4 – Manage the end to end KBL warehouse project, ensure client satisfaction and meet all contractual KPI min requirements.
C – Manage the projects team
C1- Set the missions, objectives and results of the project team members
C2- Lead the project teams and ensure the coordination between the different actors of the project
D – Advise the sales managers
D1- Provide advice and technical assistance to sales managers and partners according to the file
D2- Participate to the negotiation of the offers, with support of the Sales management
D3- Communicate with the network Supply Chain informations about all new tenders and other possibilities
D4 – Provide tariff as / when required that is approved by Head of supply chain solution.
E- Continuous improvement of operations
E1- Propose solutions of improvement and reorganization of the operations according to the budget orientation of the activity concerned
E2- Lead projects of continuous improvement and reorganization of the operations in the perimeter in charge
E3 – Perform continues audits on warehouse operations (Commodities & Value added warehousing) to ensure compliance/operations excellence and provide action plans to resolve any issues.
E4- Follow-up and reporting regular of the continuous improvement projects
