About the Program:

We are excited to announce the recruitment for our November program in Nairobi, following the success of our August session. This on-site program is designed to provide intensive revision and exam preparation for students. We are seeking qualified and passionate teachers for the following grades:

• Grades 7, 8, and 9 (CBC Trained)
• High School Forms 2, 3, and 4

Position Details:

• Contract Duration: 4th November – 29th November
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Class Schedule: 5 classes per day
• Location: Nairobi, Kenya
• Pre-Program Training: One week of training in October, including an evaluation test.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to the curriculum.
• Provide personalized support to students to enhance their academic performance.
• Prepare, administer, and grade assignments and exams.
• Participate in program planning, training, and feedback sessions.

Qualifications:

• For Grades 7, 8, and 9: Must be trained in the new Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
• For High School Forms 2, 3, and 4: Strong knowledge of the relevant curriculum.
• A degree or diploma in Education or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching the specified grades/forms.
• Must be available on-site within Nairobi County for the entire duration of the program.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to fostering student success.
